Dear All Members
As mentioned at the recent parents consultation meeting, the club is moving to use RiderHQ for membership management and Saturday session sign-ups.
We are delighted to announce that the system has been set-up and we are starting to use it from THIS Saturday (11th March) onwards. Members should have received an email from RiderHQ with details of how to sign-up to the system.
If you have not received an email this might be because you already have a RiderHQ account (and might not remember/realise). RiderHQ will be emailing all PPV members who have an existing account to remind them, so please look out for this email. Alternatively you can go to https://www.riderhq.com/login and login (use the forgotten password link if you need to).
If you have any problems please contact me directly (not to the whole list) and I can investigate or pass it over to RiderHQ. Getting your account set-up and connected with the Palmer Park Velo group is a one-time piece of work, and won’t need to be done again.
Members should now use RiderHQ to sign-up and pay for Saturday sessions. You can find a list of upcoming sessions on your RiderHQ dashboard, via https://www.riderhq.com/o/1012/palmer-park-velo/enter and also on the website (link going up shortly). When signing up please tick the boxes of the sessions you will be attending. This is a new feature for coaches to enable them to judge group sizes and plan sessions tailored to the riders who are planning to attend.
If you have paid but cannot attend a session for any reason you can login to your account on RiderHQ and transfer the payment to a different week. This feature is only available up until 8am on a Saturday.
If you have any questions please contact me directly. This is a big change to how the club handles sign-ups and payments, and we expect there might be teething troubles as we get everything working smoothly, so do bear with us. But the long term benefits for the club are huge and it is a direction we need to move in.
Thank you
Matt
