Dear All

A reminder that tomorrow, 16th December, is the PPV prize presentation and AGM at Highdown School. We are in the school hall, the big grey building by the main car park when you come in.

Please note that the doors open at 12.15pm, for a 12.30pm start. This is slightly later than advertised to allow a little bit of time to get set-up before we start.

We hope to see as many of you there as possible to celebrate achievements over the year, award trophies and medals, and crown the club champions. We are also holding the club AGM during the event, where we vote in club officials for next year, and cover matters relevant to the membership.

As in previous years, we will be breaking for lunch (a little earlier this time!), giving everyone a chance to socialise. A reminder that we need donations of food for the lunch, and these can be passed to Julie Pitt in the foyer when you arrive.

We are delighted to have some ex-PPV riders along to help give out prizes, AW Cycles will have a pop-up stall and there is an opportunity for members to sell any out-grown kit.
