Dear All

The club circuit champs are taking place at Hillingdon cycle circuit this Saturday afternoon. To enable the event to run as smoothly as possible, we are in need of helpers on the day.

Sign-on
Available from 11.45 to sign-on riders and give out numbers & transponders. We also need helpers to take transponders back in, once races are finished. This year sign-on will be in the main room in the clubhouse, so you will be able to watch the racing! Can be shared amongst people if needed.

Gear check
Available from 11.45 to gear check riders before sign-on. Should be finished by 2pm, though potentially earlier.

Marshalls
Due to health and safety regs from BC, there are a few spots around the circuit where we are required to have marshalls. Required from 1pm until 3pm.

Tea and coffee
We have use of the kitchen in the clubhouse, and if people would like tea and coffee during the event we need volunteers.

If you can help with any of the above roles please let me know asap.
