09.00 – 10.30 – Freewheel (Phil*, Ian, Matt P, Ulrik)

10.30 – 11.10 – C session fixed wheel (Ian) + Intro to fixed (Ian*, Matt P*)

11.10 – 12.30 – Joint B/A fixed wheel session (Matt P*, Ian)
