09.00 – 10.30 – Freewheel (Tim leading)
10.30 – 11.15 – C session fixed wheel (Ian) & Intro to fixed (Matt P leading)
11.15 – 12.30 – Joint A/B session fixed wheel (John, roller warm up from 10:45)

Any riders interested in doing an intro to fixed, should sign up & pay for the Freewheel session as normal, but please ALSO use the following form to add your name to the list for intro-to-fixed:
