Dear All

Firstly, a reminder that the PPV track champs are taking place next Saturday (12 September), and online entries close on Saturday 5 September at 10pm. There is NO entry on the day.

The track champs are always a great event, but we need help to make it run smoothly.

Judges/timekeepers
If you have previously helped as a judge or pursuit timekeeper, and are available, please can you confirm with Peter Kilby directly (kilby.49@btinternet.com). We need to make sure we have a confirmed list f pursuit timekeepers, and judging teams for the spirit and bunch races.

Pursuit holders
We need holders for the pursuits, ideally people that have done the role before. We have a tight schedule and need to get the riders up to their stations and off quickly and efficiently. Again, if you are available please contact Peter Kilby so he can collate a list.

Getting the track ready
Before racing starts we need people to help with sweeping the track, setting up a rider pen, getting equipment out for the judges etc. All the little things which help make a great day.

Gear check
We need a couple of people to gear check the riders before racing starts
