U14 and U16 riders

U12 (and new U14/U16) riders
PPV run the U12 racing at Track League, allowing younger riders to race regularly. New U14 and U16 riders can also join the U12 league for a few weeks before moving up to the C league.
On fixed wheel bikes (no free wheel). PPV members may be able to loan a fixed wheel bike with prior arrangement.
